Big Fish Games is denying all knowledge of IronSource, which means either IronSource is using mobile games to aid in this scam without mobile game developer knowledge or Big Fish Games is lieing.
I have submitted proof to numerous parties of IronSource, the game maker of Ever Merge Big Fish Games, and the game maker of Good Pizza, Great Pizza TapBlaze. I completed the Ever Merge offer to complete level 11 within the specified timeframe and I have never received my 110 gem reward for the game Good Pizza, Great Pizza. I do not recommend Big fish Games because of the following experience with their Ever Merge Mobile game.
This is not sustainable and I think the company is heading for a fall. To me this is a clear case of a loss of revenue because of customers going away from them and instead of trying to keep them or entice them back they are trying to keep the same revenue by putting up prices. There is little to no benefit of being a member in my opinion just brings the costs of the games down a little but not enough and still a massive hike from previous pricing. The only thing that they are is polite which seems to be all that is required to be viewed a good customer service agent in todays world, but they rarely read the question, you wait for ever for a response and frankly the cost of the games are obscene. Customer service are blindly sending out emails that are already available in the main on the help pages and you have to keep chasing, however managment are unaware that the customer service is appauling or and worse they do not care. BFG has a major issue which is going to bite them in my opinion. Hi All I reported an issue over two months ago and get another cut and paste response to thank me for my patience - well it has gone. My parting shot to the Tech Support Supervisor was to better educate the front line staff. But as it turns out, when my complaint finally got kicked upstairs, the problem was resolved immediately. If I were creating this report before the resolution, I would award one star. I have several pages of screenshots and texts between myself and BFG that illustrate the exhaustive measures I went to to finally resolve the problem, and it all came down to Tech Support's general lack of education.
Then, within a couple more months, I wouldn't be able to get past my log in data. The trouble generally came under my radar in the summer of 2022 when I couldn't get into my account with any consistency. Things got worse and it quickly deteriorated to the point where the company should have gone under but, they persevered and limped along for a great number of months. I've been a Big Fish Game subscriber since 2009 and the product and service was excellent until 2020 or thereabouts when (coinciding with Covid) the site became unstable.
